Order processing
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- If any delay occurs for any reason, customers will always be proactively notified by email.
- Once shipped, tracking information (when available) is automatically sent to the email address on the order.

Canadian orders
Our primary carrier for Canadian orders is Canada Post, though we also use USPS or FedEx depending on location, order size, or product type.

Carrier selection is based on your location, order size, and the most efficient route. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number once your order ships.

US orders
For shipments to the United States, our primary carrier is UPS. Depending on shipment size, destination, or availability, we may also use FedEx or DHL.

Tracking
- All shipments that include tracking will have the tracking number sent automatically as soon as it becomes available.
- You can also track your order through your VolumeTee account.
- If you did not receive a tracking number, contact support@volumetee.com.

Address accuracy
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
- VolumeTee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Contact support@volumetee.com immediately after placing an order if you need to correct an address.
